Gold Medal Coach

Melody Davidson the coach for the Canadian Women’s Hockey Team visited our school on Wednesday, June 2. She spoke about being proud of coming from a small town (Oyen), working hard, and to follow your dreams. She had a video presentation on various activities leading up to the Olympic hockey games and of course the gold medal game.
Our staff & students are very fortunate in having Coach Davidson take the time to visit our school and relive all the excitement of the Winter Olympics with us. Coach Davidson brought along a gold medal for all to see and touch. She also gave everyone a picture of the Olympic 2010 Gold Medal Team.
