New Brigden Students Helping

New Brigden Student’s Union held a special meeting and the topic of the meeting was the earthquake victims in Haiti. It was decided that the Student’s Union would donate $10 for each student in the school which would come to $430.00. Another $140.00 was submitted by one our school families bringing the total to $570.00. Although this is not alot of money we can be certain that every dollar will count. It is also a great way for our students to help those that are less fortunate than them. It helps us learn that we belong to a global community.
